Procedia Computer Science- ElsevierElsevier Publishing provides free access to conference proceedings that have been published in their journal, “Procedia Computer Science”. This journal was started in 2010, therefore all of the available articles are listed under the issues tab. Each proceeding article contains an abstract with a link to a full-text pdf. file. Included on each article is a link to apply for permission to use each article if the student wishes to use in their own projects.
